  • Primary responsibility is to supervise the compilation process of client’s business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Then prepare initial software design.
  •  Also responsible for preparing budget estimation, execution strategy, task distribution and supervision of work process amongst the team.

  • Lead a group of 11 programmers.

  • Developing the entire website for their sister company HiTech Institute. This website is now generating over 35% of their clients.

Project History:
January 2006 to May 2006
Developed “Instructor Evaluation System” for University of Windsor. Supervised market investigation, requirement analysis and the design process. The whole system was deployed on a single department and tested extensively, the result of which was later presented to the management. Their decision to implement it in the whole university awaits.

September 2004 to September 2005
Designed several components for a large manufacturing company. The components dealt with employee record tracking, performance test etc.

January 2004 to December 2004
Debugged and resolved some major design flaws of IEEE Vidyarthi website (an Indian Branch of IEEE). IEEE website will connect over 10,000 members throughout the Indian Subcontinent, providing them with job search and job posting capabilities. In addition it also supports IEEE member registration and activity tracking  (such as posting an event or sponsoring a person/company).

December 2003 to March 2004
Upgraded htinstitute.com Website to enhance Search Features and Search Efficiency. Significant changes were made in the data model to meet the current user requirements and traffic intensity. Technology used: MS SQL Server 2000, ASP, IIS.

September 2002 to January 2003
Designed a Website Creation Wizard for the University of Windsor in order to reduce the effort of publishing task for the different courses. Technology used: XML, XSLT, ASP, Microsoft SQL Server 2000, MTS and IIS.

May 2002 to July, 2002
Designed and developed a Product Part Number Generation system for CSI International. Suitable administration and client modules were developed to channel data to an existing legacy system. Technology used: SQL Server 2000, ASP, IIS.

December 2001 to February 2002
Developed three “Training School Management Portal” providing Student Service, Class Scheduling Service and Student Payment management.  Technology used: ASP, SQL Server 2000, VB, Active-X Component and MTS, IIS.

November 2001 to December 2001
Commissioned Training School Management Portal for HiTech Institute, a sister company of HiTech Network, facilitating management of Students, Instructors, Course Curriculum Designers and Staff Members. Designed Online Job Search Agent to search through a resume database and return appropriate results. Active-X and MTS.
